Chad Culp Delivers the Swarm's First Ever Home Win

Chad Culp was the hero at the X tonight as he scored the first game winning goal with 3:05 left in the game for the Minnesota Swarm (3-9) in a home game as they beat the Rochester Knighthawks (7-5), 12-11. The win for the Swarm snapped a team record seven game losing streak and five game home losing streak. Kelly Hall scored two goals and four assists to lead the team in scoring.

  • The Swarm are 2-0 against the Knighthawks, with a game remaining, meaning they have won the season series between the two teams
  • 2/3's of the Swarm's wins in team history have come against the Knighthawks
  • Kelly Hall has scored a power play goal in eight straight games.
