Susheski and Taylor lead the Swarm to Victory

Kerry Susheski got the game winner with 4:56 left in the game to hold off the Stealth
in San Jose by a 9-8. The Swarm split the weekend with a loss to Buffalo the night before in their home opener.
Susheski, Kelly Hall and Jamie Taylor each had two goals in the
victory. Derek Malawsky, the player who did not want to play in Minnesota and for whom we traded to get Hall, only had
two assists.
- The Swarm outscored the Stealth 6-3 in the second half to grab victory out of the hands of the Stealth.
- The Swarm have won 2 of 3 road games this year and both victories have been by one goal
- Kerry Susheski scores the game winner and along with Jamie Taylor, leads the Swarm in scoring with 2 goals and 2 assists
- The Swarm played their first game in team history out of the division
- The Swarm split their first ever regular season weekend doubleheader
- The Swarm penalty kill killed all nine Stealth power play chances
- The eight games given up by the Swarm are the least in team history. Also, the nine goals scored by the Swarm
are the least in team history.
- Neither team has won at home yet this season.
- San Jose split this weekend as well as the beat Arizona the night before in Phoenix.
- Michael Kilby had his first fight of his NLL career against Cam Woods.
