The Swarm have won four straight against the Rock; however, the teams have not met in the regular season since 2009
when Kevin Buchanan scored five goals in a 13-10 win in Toronto. The Rock are the only
team the Swarm will not play in the 2012 regular season.

- The Swarm ended last season with seven forwards. This year, the Swarm probably will keep at least eight of the nine they have on
roster now.
- Callum Crawford, Corbyn Tao and Jay Card should make it on the right side with Ryan Benesch, Kevin Ross and Jamie Shewchuk all returning on the left
side. With Tao and Card rookies, look for Pat Smith and/or Todd Baxter to make the roster also for depth. If only one of those two are kept, look
for Joel Henry to be kept on the left side.
- The NLL now will only allow teams eight seconds to get across the midline instead of ten. With that in mind, the Swarm are looking to push
the ball up the floor really fast with transition talent like Tyler Hass and Greg Downing.
- Look for Toronto to be well rested on Sunday as they face a Swarm team that will have played the night before.
- Toronto are the defending NLL Champions and have been to the Champions Cup game in each of the last two years.
- Toronto lost their pre-season opener on December 10th in Langley, BC to the Washington Stealth, 14-13, in overtime.
- Nick Inch now plays for the Rock after being acquired as part of draft day that saw the Swarm get
Jeff Gilbert and picks that netted them Downing and Tao.
Prediction: Minnesota Swarm 11 Toronto Rock 10
