Game Notes
- Dean Hill wore the "A" tonight for the Swarm
- Logan Schuss was reactivated today after put on the hold out list for Saturday's game at The Hive. Ian Crawford was released from the active roster but no word if he will be placed on the practice roster.
- Miles Thompson scored the 2,000 goal in Minnesota Swarm regular season history in the first quarter
- Kiel Matisz missed his first NLL and Swarm game after playing in 45 straight games due to the right arm injury suffered on Saturday night at The Hive
- The Swarm have lost five straight games which is ties for the third longest losing streak in team history. They have also lost four straight on the road.
- The Swarm have lost five straight games to the Mammoth
- This is the second doubleheader weekend of the season for the Swarm and they have been swept in both weekends and have scored no more than 9 goals in any of those games.
- The power play for the Swarm has struggled this year and was 0 for 4 tonight but the Mammoth had nine power plays and scored on five which kept the Swarm penalty kill very busy while trying to comeback in the second half.
- The Mammoth were missing Bob Snider who came into the game with 56% face off win percentage and even though Jordan MacIntosh won 15 faceoffs, the Swarm were not quite able to take as much advantage of it. Being on the penalty kill for a good part of the second half, probably neutered a bit of that advantage.
